adexco aluminium tubes come in two different production methods for you to choose from:

adexco provides alloys from the series 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000/6000/7000

In order to improve mechanical qualities or technical tolerance requirements we can also offer adexco round tubes, irrespective of their method of production, in subsequently redrawn versions.

SEAMLESS EXTRUDED TUBES

adexco provides mandrel seamless extruded tubes in all alloy series. The main emphasis lies on high strength alloys for tubes with special quality requirements e.g. for use in hydraulics with a high pressure load or in medical and rehab technology. Seamless extruded tubes also have manifold advantages in the field of large and thick-walled components. For further improvements in tolerance limits and in material quality we can also provide seamless tubes in drawn versions.

PORTHOLE EXTRUDED TUBES

Porthole extrusion is presently the standard method in the manufacture of aluminium tubes. In the process of porthole extrusion standard alloys of the 6000 series or low alloy aluminium materials of the 1000 and 3000 series are processed. Porthole extruded tubes very often present a lower cost alternative e.g. with the use of multiple tools. For porthole extruded aluminium tubes adexco also provides the opportunity to improve tolerance or material properties by drawing
at a subsequent later stage.

Especially suitable for soft to medium-hard alloys from the 1000/3000/6000 series and within
limits from the 5000/7000 series.

PNEUMATIC / HYDRAULIC TUBES

adexco is your specialist for aluminium air cylinder tubes for pneumatics and hydraulics. A narrow tolerance for the inside diameter, between H8 – H11, depending on the application as well as excellent qualities of inside surface roughness meet your requirements and expectations. In this way we ensure smooth and trouble-free marketing of your products. With our comprehensive delivery programme we can guarantee technological and economic success.

Wall thickness 1.5 – 10 mm
Inside diameter tolerance ISO H8 – H11
Surface roughness Ra 0.2 – 0.6 µm
